Quench Buggy

Eco-friendly advertising with the Quency Buggy!

The Quench Buggy is a mobile water dispensing unit designed to meet personal hydration needs. Multiple on-board fountains and spigots provide easy access to clean, cool, fresh potable water in any physical environment; from concerts and civic activities, to relief from natural events in remote locations. This can provide freshly tapped potable water to the paddlers, and event visitors.

From local municipalities, to event organizers – the benefits of purchasing a Quench Buggy premium trailer are far-outreaching – from promoting the advantages of tap water, to the reduction in bottled water use. Utilizing a Quench Buggy is a logical decision with savings both environmentally and monetarily. We look at this to help promote local municipal water sources and out community. At our event we attract 10,000 to 15,000 visitors from the local areas as well as the region.

International Dragon Boats for the Cure is passionate about the environment and the health benefits to drinking locally tested water. Our Dragon Boat festival is looking to become an Ecologo Certified Festival, promoting leaving a smaller environmental footprint when putting on a huge event. We feel this is a step to achieve that goal.

We will have affordable souvenir water bottles for the public to purchase and enjoy the local water as much as they would like at no cost.

The buggy has two 3'x10' advertising spaces included to promote your organization or company.

Your sponsorship: $3800, and will include:

Two sided 3'x10' advertisement on the buggy
The buggy will be on the event site for three day event, including evening event

Floating on the lake

This is a 6ft x 6ft floating advertisement that is out on the water where the competitors are racing their dragon boats. This will be on the water for the duration of the event. Where spectators watch the many teams races they can see your organizations advertisement in support of the paddlers.

10 of these are available this year.

Quench Buggy

In efforts to become an Eco event, we are having water buggies on site this year where competitors, spectators and friends and families can come and enjoy filtered water at their leisure. This is a 3ftx10ft banner that is on the water buggy, there are two sides to the buggy, and you can have one side.

There are 4 sides available this year.

Fence Banners

The event will be fenced off and there is opportunities to have a 2ftx3ft sign that we will make for your company to display throughout the event.

There are 50 available for this year's event.

Dragon Boat Magazine

This is the first souvenir magazine our event ever made. This year your company can be advertised in a 32 page, full colour magazine. It will have some history of what Dragon boat Racing is all about and the details on what our event has to offer. There will be 2000 printed and all the proceeds go to Dragon Boats for the Cure. The magazine will be given out at the event for all paddlers and visitors to view.

Sizes are as follows: front or back page of book, full page (inside), half and quarter pages available.

All ads are in full colour.

Company Promotional Event Tent

This is an easy and convenient way to promote your company, organization and team during the event. A portion of these sales will be going towards International Dragon Boats for the Cure, so we have worked hard to get the best deal & plan the perfect space for your Company.

Terms:

No Company food or items can be sold at the tent
This booth is solely for promotional and exposure to your company, this is not a selling vendor booth, no items maybe sold
Raffles, and giveaways are permitted and is recommended that any profits made go towards a team fundraising efforts or go towards International Dragon Boats for the Cure to donate to local hospitals
Advertising is permitted such as banners, fliers, signage within your tent
The location of the tent will be with the registered teams
